You may have questions about my services. Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you better understand what we offer. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Q: What types of supports and therapy services do you offer?
A: I offer individual (adults), family and couples (relational) support. This can focus around crisis and short term support to psychotherapy and longer term options. 


Q: Do you offer varied types of sessions? 
A: Yes, I offer in-person sessions at your location  (within 40 minutes of Kemtpville, ON). virtual sessions and my office location is located in Kemptville, ON. People feel better and more comfortable in different approaches, so I try to be quite adaptable to what you need.

Q: Do you offer services for crisis situations?
A: Yes, I provide support for individuals and families in crisis situations. This can be immediate, intensive short term support to address the specific situation.

Q: Do you offer training or public speaking services?
A: Yes, I offer customized training sessions and public speaking engagements on topics such as burnout, self care and work culture and child welfare. Feel free to ask, I can tailor training for your needs.

 

Q. What are your fees and does insurance cover you? 

A: I charge 140$ a session (50 minutes) plus taxes for support and therapy services.  I am a registered social worker (RSW) and psychotherapist in Ontario and can provide a receipt for most insurance needs. If your insurance requires more, just reach out. I partner with an MSW when needed which meets more insurance needs. Please talk to me about it if you aren't sure you are covered.

I charge varied rates for speaking engagements and training depending on length of time and material needed.
